Refund policy

All loose leaf tea and perishable product sales are final, no exceptions.

Returns and exchanges accepted on non-perishable items permitted within 15 days from date of purchase.

Returns and exchanges must be in new condition, subject to Wonderful Matcha's discretion. Gift receipts valid for even exchange or refund for store credit, loose leaf tea and perishable products are exempt from returns or exchanges for gifts.
