Our cafe grade, Premier Barista Blend is a delicious blend of award winning Gokou and Yabukita cultivars coming from Yame City, located in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. A marvelous matcha that makes an insanely delicious matcha latte when combined with milk or your milk substitute of choice. Rich and enveloping with thick and sweet notes, this matcha gives the palate a burst of flavor.

Ingredients: organic matcha
Servings Per 2 oz: 56 Caffeine Per Serving: ~35 mg
Recommended Preparation:
1. Scoop 1/2-1 Tsp of matcha powder into a bowl (best by sifting through a strainer) & breaking up any clumps.
2. Add ~ 1/4 cup of water at 170°F (Very important not to use boiling water or you will burn your tea!) into the bowl.
3. Whisk in an "M" or “W” shape until desired frothy consistency is reached.
4. Add water to preference & whisk.
Enjoy as a hot shot, poured over ice, or add your favorite choice of milk & honey for a delicious latte.
